I understand you fear. I can offer a past experience of my dentist visit which went like this. His nurse provided a pill, a sip of water and then I asked the dentist to let me know when it might hurt and he smiled and said we are all done! I was having my gums and bone removed from 4 teeth! It’s a miracle. Maybe you could request your dentist look into this type of treatment called sedation therapy. Also ask you dentist to forward a request for your behalf to your Insurance company for payment or some type of coverage. I don’t think dental implants are what you need. I believe you would be best advised to see a cosmetic dental specialist. You could place 4 veneers or porcelain crowns over your 4 front teeth. That would allow the dentist to change the size and shape of you teeth, closing the gaps and evening out the width of the 2 “small” teeth. In the Houston area the average cost for veneers or porcelain crowns costs $ 900.00 to $ 1200.00 per tooth. I think you would be very pleased with the results.

I’m having this on 4 or more of my front teeth to close gaps and shape them better, but first whitening. Each composite is costing me 109 GBP equivalent to about 200 $ per tooth. Whitening (Home trays) is 300 pounds (600 $)

I think this is going to look fab. Saves me paying 540 pounds per veneer ( 1000+ dollars) per tooth.
